Constitutional Transitions has launched a Twitter feed to aggregate news on constitutional design and reform processes in the Middle East-North Africa region.  The goal of this project is to create a newsfeed focusing specifically on constitutional processes in the Arab world that is accessible to all.

The Twitter feed is managed by Stephen Starr, a freelance journalist and author of Revolt in Syria: Eye-Witness to the Uprising. Stephen lived in Syria for five years until 2012 and covered the revolution there for, among others, the Washington Post, Foreign Policy, The London Times, USA Today and GlobalPost. Between September 2012 and May 2013 he is a Fellow in Global Journalism at the University of Toronto’s Munk School of Global Affairs. He is also the founder and editor-in-chief of Near East Quarterly.

Researchers at Constitutional Transitions monitor news sources across the region each day, generating a real-time stream of up-to-date information from the Arab world and Turkey.  Reports and commentary from non-governmental organizations, international organizations and academic institutions are also incorporated.
